Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order you place with Nauvitel Electronics, online at nauvitel.com, by WhatsApp, by phone or in our shop at Madina Ritz Junction, Accra. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders, prices and payment

• All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once we confirm a pay-on-delivery order by phone or WhatsApp.
• We accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Visa and Mastercard through Paystack. Pay on delivery (cash or MoMo) is available on eligible orders.
• If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
• Bulk orders and school orders may be quoted separately.

Delivery and pickup

• Orders paid before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day within Accra.
• Delivery is free on orders over GH₵1000. Other delivery fees are shown at checkout or on our Shipping & delivery page.
• Delivery times outside Accra depend on the courier and are estimates, not guarantees.
• You can collect orders from our shop at Madina Ritz Junction during opening hours: Mon–Fri 8:30–18:00, Sat 10:00–15:00.
• Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.

Returns, refunds and warranty

• Faulty or wrong items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of items that have been soldered, modified, wired incorrectly or damaged by misuse, such as over-voltage or reverse polarity.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

PCB and 3D printing services

• PCB and 3D printing jobs are made to your files or specifications. Work starts once the quote is accepted and paid.
• Instant online quotes are estimates. We will confirm the final price before production if your files need changes or your board or part falls outside the standard sizes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the Gerbers, STL files or designs you send. We are not liable for errors in your design.
• Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect on our side.
• You confirm you have the right to use any design you send us. Your files are used only to complete your order.

Liability, law and contact

• Our products are sold for hobby, education, prototyping and development use. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect wiring, misuse, or using components outside their rated specifications.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
