Privacy Policy — Nauvitel Electronics

Nauvitel Electronics ("we", "us") collects only the personal information we need to sell you parts, deliver your orders and run our PCB, 3D printing and engineering services. This policy covers nauvitel.com, orders placed by WhatsApp or phone, and our shop at Madina Ritz Junction, Accra.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
• Order details: items bought, prices, delivery address, order history and payment status.
• Files you send: Gerber files, STL files, sketches and project notes for PCB, 3D printing or engineering quotes.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Basic site data: pages visited, device and browser type, and IP address, used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not see or store your full card number or MoMo PIN. Payments are handled by Paystack.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including confirming pay-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp.
• To quote, produce and deliver PCB, 3D printing and engineering jobs.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
• To send our monthly newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep accounts and records required by Ghanaian tax and business law.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what each party needs to do its job:

• Paystack, to process card and Mobile Money payments.
• Delivery riders and couriers, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
• PCB manufacturing partners, who receive your board files when fabrication is done outside our workshop.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store site data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your design files are used only to complete your order. We do not reuse or share them for any other purpose.

Cookies, security and retention

• Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart and wishlist. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Security: the site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and only staff who handle orders can see customer details.
• Retention: we keep order and payment records for as long as Ghanaian tax law requires. Design files are deleted within 6 months of a finished job unless you ask us to keep them for repeat orders. You can close your account at any time.

Your rights and contact

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

We may update this policy from time to time.
