R&D Engineering
Electronics, designed and built in Ghana.
Research & development, PCB design and SMT assembly under one roof — taking your hardware from idea to a deployed, connected product.

One team, from the first sketch to the finished device.
Because design, production and supply sit under one roof, you deal with one team that understands the whole system — firmware, hardware, connectivity and the dashboard at the end of it.
Electronics R&D
Custom hardware and firmware for IoT, monitoring and control.
PCB Design
Schematic capture, layout and manufacturing files.
SMT Production
Surface-mount assembly for prototypes and production runs.
Enclosures
Custom 3D-printed housings, including weatherproof designs.
Hardware engineered for real-world conditions.
Our R&D team turns your problem into working electronics. We select the right microcontrollers, sensors and communication modules, write the firmware, and test the design until it performs reliably in the field — including on battery and solar power where mains supply isn't available.
- Embedded firmware on ESP32 and AVR microcontrollers
- Cellular (4G LTE / GSM), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
- Industrial interfaces: RS485 / Modbus RTU meter integration
- Low-power design with sleep cycles for battery and solar devices
- MQTT data pipelines into cloud dashboards

From schematic to production-ready boards.
We design printed circuit boards in-house, matching each board to its enclosure and the conditions it will work in. Every design is prepared for our own SMT line, so prototypes move quickly into production.
- Schematic capture and component selection
- Multi-layer layout, including RF and antenna routing
- Custom board shapes to fit enclosures
- Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place files

Local assembly, from first prototype to production run.
Our surface-mount production line lets us build boards locally — without waiting weeks for overseas assembly. We handle solder paste application, component placement and reflow, followed by inspection and functional testing. Small batches for prototypes and pilot deployments are as welcome as larger runs.
- Solder paste, pick-and-place and reflow
- Visual inspection and functional testing
- Through-hole finishing and final assembly
- Firmware loading and device configuration

Water and electricity monitoring, live on a dashboard.
Field devices read meters and sensors, a cellular link sends the data, and an IoT dashboard shows facility managers their consumption as it happens.

Water monitoring
Ultrasonic flow meters and level sensors are read over Modbus RTU. Our ESP32 devices wake on a schedule, take readings, publish them over 4G/GSM and sleep again to save power — giving daily, weekly and monthly water use per building.

Electricity monitoring
Three-phase energy meters are read over RS485/Modbus. The live dashboard shows total load (kW), apparent power (kVA), voltage, frequency, and current and power factor on each phase — making phase imbalance and poor power factor easy to spot.
From sensor to screen.
